Statistics
Every day, people reach out to Together We Can with the courage to ask for help—but too often, the door to treatment is closed because they can’t afford it, do not qualify for government assistance or are stuck on a long-wait list for government funded services.
The demand for addiction recovery services has never been higher. As more families struggle to find timely access to care, your support today ensures no one is left behind because of finances.

300-400% Increase
Lower-income Canadians are also three to four times more likely to report poor mental health compared to those in the highest income group.
13% Government Funded
Together We Can is the nation's largest non-profit addiction recovery treatment provider, with just over 500 beds throughout the Province of BC. Total health authority and government funding contribute less than 13% toward our annual operating budget of $22M. Your donations help to provide quicker access to services and safety for those waiting for government-funded supports.
71.5% remain substance-free
Internal data shows us that nearly 71.5% of all our intakes over a 6-year (January 2020 - December 2025) period were still illicit substance and alcohol free 8 – 9 months after intake.
