Medical Care

We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs, with an on-site Medical Clinic, Nutrition Team, and Pharmacy

Complete Wrap-around Medical Care

Recovery from drug and alcohol addiction is successful when we take into account both mental and physical rehabilitation. Together We Can is pleased to offer a modern on-site medical facility, a pharmacy, and additional holistic services including Acupuncturists, Dieticians, and Nutritionists.

VPAC Medical Clinic

Together We Can works directly with Vital Path Addiction Clinic.

The on-site care team includes addiction medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, a registered nurse, medical administration support, medication management support, and nutrition services.

The medical team supports residents with continuity of care, medication management, OAT, general health concerns, blood work, diagnoses, and coordination of care during treatment.

With the ability to continue on as a patient after treatment, clients build a trusting relationship with the medical professional, and ensured confidentiality that continues on as the individual moves back into the community.

Onsite Pharmacy

We are proud to announce the grand opening of our cutting-edge, in-house pharmacy, in partnership with Joe’s Family Pharmacy. Specially tailored to complement our addiction treatment centre, gone are the days of navigating multiple locations for medications or facing insurance complexities.

Our team of highly trained pharmacists collaborates closely with our medical experts to ensure personalized and safe medication management, reducing the risk of relapse and enhancing treatment outcomes. Moreover, our pharmacists actively engage with patients, offering valuable insights on medication management and fostering open communication to empower individuals to take charge of their recovery.

Diet & Nutrition

Working closely with our kitchens, our Dietician and our Nutritionist both sit with residents on an individual basis and create a meal plan that allows for proper, individualized nutrition. Once needs are determined, meal plans are prepared and added to the resident file for the kitchen to ensure accuracy.

During active addiction, proper hydration and nutrition are normally one of the first things overlooked. Together We Can’s mission is to ensure that all aspects of health are taken into consideration as a means to aid residents in creating a solid foundation of recovery.
